  • Items are shipped by Australia Post on Mondays only. This may increase to two days per week in the future.
  • Items are sent by Parcel Post with tracking.
  • Due to COVID-19, there may be delays to shipping times.
  • All items are examined before shipping.
  • Shipping is Australia wide. At this stage, items will not be offered internationally.
  • Items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if there is a major fault.
  • Proof must be shown before this to occur.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be considered after this.
  • We do not exchange or return for change of mind.
